Trick or Treat

Usually there is a theme for our crew on Halloween.
This year I had to work for all of their Halloween Festivities
Therefore, they were able to individualize their ideas for costumes
Oh boy!
Nicholas was a Muscle Man Pirate, Dylan was Naoko, Kyle was Van Helsing, and Luke was a Muscle Man Darth Vader
My niece, Raelynn as Marvin the Martian
Naoko is a character in one of the books that Dylan has written called "A Soul's Destiny". Some day when he is rich and famous, you'll recognize the character
This is Dylan's sketch of Naoko
 In character
They are ready for some Trick or Treating
It's bittersweet because we decided this would be Dylan and Kyle's last year to go
These kids are growing up too fast!

Make A Difference Day

The first presidency of our church has counseled all wards to get out into the community and find ways to serve.  Our ward went to Wildwood Metropark to help clean litter, clear brush, and collect seeds.

Brooklyn Fellows ran up and grabbed Bishop Hinman's hand to walk with him...she is EVERYONE's friend.  I just love her!

Who knew I had skills like these?

Introducing Clark
Kenny and Sarah have been asking me for quite some time to take family pictures for them
There is a lot of pressure when you are attempting to capture great shots for someone else...
but I gave it a valiant effort.
They were thrilled with the results and frankly...so was I.
 and Raelynn
I asked her to "work it for the camera", and she certainly did!
